We pride ourselves on testing, cleaning,and servicing your monitors in a timely manner. Service time is within 10 business days (subject to change)
We have various statuses that we use to keep you in the loop on your service. Our service time starts once we received your IEMs by our logistics team.
Service - In Transit to UE: Your monitors are on their way to the UE Office.
Service - IEMs received at UE: Your monitors have arrived at the UE Office and been received by our logistics team. Within 10 business days, your monitors will be ready to ship.
Service - In Queue: Your monitors have been processed and are in queue to be diagnosed by the Lab. Within 6 business days, the Lab will diagnose and service your monitors.
Service -Performed: Your Service request has been fulfilled and the team is cleaning your monitors. Within 3 business days, your order will be ready to ship.
Passed Quality Inspection: Your monitors have gone through its final quality check. At this stage, your monitors have been tested to ensure that they are back to original specification. Within 24 hours time, your monitors will be ready to ship.
